Terms of Use for Razzza Classifieds

Welcome to Razzza Classifieds (“Razzza,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Razzza website, mobile applications, and associated services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using Razzza, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Service

Razzza acts exclusively as a platform connecting local buyers and sellers. We do not own, possess, or control the items listed for sale, nor do we intervene in the transaction process. Razzza is not a party to any contract established between buyers and sellers.

No Endorsement: We do not pre-screen users or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or existence of the items advertised.
User Responsibility: All transactions are conducted entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for verifying the identity of the other party and the condition of the items.

2. Global Operations & Local Compliance

Razzza operates in 244 countries. Due to this global footprint, you are strictly responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with the local laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.

Taxes and Tariffs: You are responsible for collecting, reporting, and paying any applicable taxes (including VAT, sales tax, or import/export duties) associated with your transactions.
Cross-Border Transactions: If you engage in cross-border sales, you must comply with all applicable international trade laws, customs regulations, and shipping restrictions.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Razzza is not liable for any losses caused by unauthorized account access.

4. Acceptable Use & Posting Policies

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. When posting a listing, you must accurately describe the item or service and place it in the appropriate category.

Prohibited Content and Items: You may not post listings that include, facilitate, or promote:

Illegal drugs, prescription drugs, or drug paraphernalia.
Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or regulated weapons.
Human parts, bodily fluids, or surrogacy services.
Stolen property, counterfeit goods, or items infringing on intellectual property rights.
Prostitution, escort services, or explicit adult content.
Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or defamatory content.
Personal or identifying information of third parties without their consent.

Razzza reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any listing or terminate any account that violates these policies.

5. Fees and Payments

Browsing and basic listing features on Razzza are generally free. However, we may charge fees for premium services, such as promoted listings, bold formatting, or business accounts.

Fee Changes: All fees are listed on the Platform and are subject to change. We will notify you of any fee changes before they apply to your account.
Non-Refundable: Unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by local law, all fees paid to Razzza are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: By posting text, images, or other content on Razzza, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display your content to provide and promote the Platform.
Razzza’s Property: The Platform's design, trademarks, code, and original content are the exclusive property of Razzza. You may not copy, scrape, or extract data from our Platform without express written permission.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

As-Is Basis: The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Razzza disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Razzza, its affiliates, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from:

Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Any conduct, transaction, or dispute between you and another user.
Any unauthorized access to our servers or your personal data.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Razzza and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

Your use of the Platform.
Your violation of any term of these Terms.
Your violation of any third-party right, including copyright, property, or privacy rights.
Any claim that your listings caused damage to a third party.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

User Disputes: In the event of a dispute between users, you agree to release Razzza from any claims, demands, and damages arising out of such disputes.
